Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be pre-approved. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- A 48% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items made in person
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn/unused, with tags
- In original packaging

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 48% restocking fee.
Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
